"You're a what?"

I love when people ask me what I do for a living. Some people can't imagine pet sitting and dog walking every day while I can't imagine doing anything else. Animals have always been a part of my life, but it wasn't until my twenties when people started opening their homes and asking me to pet and house sit for them. Almost 20 years later, people continue to open up their homes and allow me to become part of their families.

When I'm not walking dogs or snuggling cats, I'm home with my husband, three daughters, and two fur babies: Roxie (St. Bernard) and Nala (Collie mix). I'm an avid reader, writer, and lover of all things covered in cheese.
