Will I meet you before scheduling visits?

Definitely. One of the main components of my company is to establish trust both with my human and my furry clients. The first step in achieving this is introducing myself with a complimentary meet and greet. I would come to your home at a convenient time and meet with your family in order to get to know your pet and his/her routine and to answer any questions you may have.

How are visits scheduled?

My visits are typically scheduled within 1-2 hour time increments depending on your pet's needs. Please let me know at the time of request if your pet needs to eat or receive medications at a specific time and I will do my very best to honor your request.

How is payment handled?

I offer a few options for payment. Typically my clients use cash, check, or Paypal. 

What is your cancellation policy?

I get it. Life happens. I will definitely work with you when life changes your plans. I just ask that you give me as much notice as possible.

Are you insured?

Yes. I carry my insurance through Pet Sitter's Associates. http://www.petsitllc.com/  I would be happy to supply my Certificate of Insurance at your request.

What happens in bad weather?

Your dogs safety is my utmost priority. In the event of thunderstorms, blizzards, or heat waves, I may modify the length of the walk and incorporate indoor playtime for the remainder of the visit.

​What does your overnight rate entail?

My overnight visits take place in the owner's home for the comfort and care of the pet. I come with a sheet, blanket, and pillow and sleep wherever is most convenient for the pet. I've slept on air mattresses, guest beds, couches, and the floor and have had some of the best sleepovers imaginable!  Being in your home also offers the security that someone is not only watching over your fur children, but also your home.
